How It Works

Discover the Green Room Series, where Cambrian Players ventures beyond our regular season productions into more experimental offerings. Immerse yourself in challenging stories  and thought-provoking social commentary that is less typically seen on our main stage.

In this series, each show is presented as a staged reading, bringing a unique authenticity as our actors take to the stage with scripts in hand. The level of staging varies, with some performances featuring actors at podiums, while other productions may incorporate more staging and props, guided by the director’s vision.

With only three or four rehearsals prior to hitting the stage, these shows deliver a spontaneous experience for both the performers and the audience. Green Room shows are one-night-only, so make sure to keep an eye out for upcoming performances.
