FAQ: Coming to a show
Is there on-site parking?
We do not have a parking lot. Our neighbourhood has on-street parking only and close spots can fill up quickly. We encourage you to carpool, arrive early, or even get dropped off to minimize parking difficulties.
Do you offer concessions?
We offer a variety of cold drinks, sweet snacks, tea, and coffee for purchase before the show and at intermission. All offerings are non-alcoholic. We accept cash, credit, and debit. No outside food or beverages are permitted.
Is your venue wheelchair accessible?
At this time, our building is not wheelchair accessible, as there are steps to enter and washrooms are located in the basement. We are working hard to make our building accessible through our Spotlight on Inclusivity fundraising campaign.
Do you provide accommodations for persons with diSabilities?
If you require an accommodation, such as a particular seat placement due to an auditory/visual impairment, please email us at info@cambrianplayers.com. We are not yet wheelchair accessible but will do everything we can to ensure you are able to safely attend and enjoy our programming.
Do you accept PAL cards?
When using a PAL card with Cambrian Players, your support person can attend any performance free of charge. For events where tickets are purchased online in advance, PAL card users are asked to email info@cambrianplayers.com to let us know which night they will be attending so we can ensure seats are saved together in the event of a sold out performance. For events where tickets are purchased at the door, PAL card users can show their PAL card at the entrance.
Please note that our theatre is not yet physically accessible to all, as the entrance requires the use of stairs and our only bathrooms are currently in the basement, accessed by more stairs. Physical accessibility is high on our priority list and we hope to have a physically accessible building by 2025.
