Clara Ivec
Chris
Clara is excited to be back on stage with Cambrian as it's been a few years. Theatre became a part of her life in 2003 and has remained a constant creative outlet since. Whether it was Capital Players, Cambrian Players, The 10x10 and even a brief foray producing for Eleanor Drury Children's Theatre, she has embraced all parts of theatre including stage management, directing, acting, props and costumes. Clara has always found that her favourite part is the camaraderie of so many amazing people.
Janis "Swanny" Swanson
Annie
Having had many years benefiting from the projects of the Slate River Women's Institute, Swanny immediately got on this audition list. It has been a pleasure sharing the stage with such great women (and men) who bring support, love and gourmet treats. #FU Cancer.
Jessica Krasnichuk
Cora
Jessica is so grateful to be back on stage after a long hiatus. She thanks the cast and crew for making it an easy and delightful venture back! Her favourite British dessert is a good old-fashioned trifle, but a Bakewell tart or a Victoria sponge will do in a pinch. She'd also like to thank her husband for holding down the fort, and her daughter for sharing her mommy with the rehearsal hall.
Tara Hulsman
Celia
Tara loves the idea that sunflowers face each other when there is no sunshine. To her sunflower Jesica, heaps of gratitude for trusting her to help tell this incredible story of how friendship fills the room with sunshine — even on the darkest days. Tara is overjoyed to be a part of Cambrian Players' community of talent, support and acceptance. Thanks to her main loves Mike and Ava for understanding her need to play with her friends. She will be home soon!
Beverley Gravelle-MacLeod
Jessie
Bev's a veteran of the Community Theatre scene in Thunder Bay both acting and directing. These past few years, she's performed in a number of Cambrian's staged readings. Favourite past roles include Jeanette in The Full Monty and Clara in Jenny's House of Joy. Thanks to Jesica, Nathalie, the cast & crew, family & friends for their ongoing support and as always Rob, who continues to provide my greatest inspiration.
Leigh Wood
Ruth
Leigh is thrilled to be making her debut on the Cambrian Players stage with this incredibly gifted group of performers! Previous performances in Thunder Bay have included Mamma Mia, Sister Act, The Addams Family, Something Rotten, 9 to 5 The Musical, Music Man, and, most recently, Cabaret. Leigh would like to thank her fabulous director, Jesica McNabb, as well as the cast and crew for creating such a warm and welcoming experience. She dedicates this show to her sunflower circle of women; continue to raise your faces up to the sun!

I hope it will touch yours too... thank you to all the people involved, supportive as always and truly a joy to experience... Special thank you to Nathalie, Jes, Josée and tech staff for their professionalism and hard work.
Colin Stewart
John
Colin last appeared with Cambrian 10 years ago playing Willy Loman in "Death of a Salesman". Having performed with most theatre companies in the city (Rob MacLeod's Capitol Players, Holdfast, Magnus, All the Daze, MasterFeast), he is thrilled to be back on stage playing with his original theatre family again.
Andrew Paulsen
Lawrence
Andrew works in film, TV, radio, and theatre as a director, producer, writer, and actor. He is an internationally produced Playwrights Guild of Canada playwright and runs his own theatre group, New Noise Productions.
Mary Davis
Brenda Hulse
Mary is pleased as punch to be back on the Cambrian mainstage for the first time since 2022's Vino Veritas. Having previously graced the stage in The Play That Goes Wrong (Badanai Theatre) and Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike (Cambrian Players), Mary always enjoys playing with her theatre family. Love to Bryan and the kiddo for always making time for me to do what I love. Eat your greens, kids!
Pauline Krupa
Lady Cravenshire
Pauline is delighted to be a part of this production. She's grateful to Jesica for taking a chance on an old gal who loves theatre and taking a dabble at performing. A pleasure to work with this awesome cast.
Dennis Dubinsky
Liam
Dennis has loved being part of this production with a fantastic cast and crew. The talent that these 'calendar girls' bring is incredible.
Cheryl Silen
Marie
Cheryl is so excited to be back on the Cambrian stage amongst such a stellar cast! While she is usually to be found either backstage or front of house, she was last under the lights in Momologues 2: Off to School. A special thanks to Jesica, who truly believes that every flower is beautiful at every stage. And of course to her children who have been sharing her with the theatre since forever. But most of all, to Jerry, who builds all the things, including our beautiful life.
Cara O'Brien
Elaine
Cara O'Brien is ABSOLUTELY delighted to be performing in her third Cambrian production with this fabulous cast and crew. When Cara's not on the stage you can find her frolicking through meadows with her pups and kitty. She thoroughly hopes you enjoy the show as much as she's enjoyed being a part of it!
Jesica McNabb
Director
Jesica is proper chuffed to be a first time Cambrian director. Huge thank you to Nathalie for absolutely everything, Ali for fixing puzzles, my incredible cast, & the brilliant army of volunteers who made the magic happen. Love always to my Beef and my babies.
For the Boss, and the Butcher.
Nathalie Roy
Stage Manager
Nathalie (Nattie) is happy to be working with this diversely talented cast and crew of old and new friends. She has enjoyed the laughter and tears when the moments hit just right. Thank you to Rory for your love and support.

Armed with a scale ruler and a handful of brushes; Don is thrilled to have another opportunity to play WITH the set instead of on it!
