Cast

Gabe Ferrazzo Gabe is thankful to be part of Cambrian Players, for many decades they have given him the opportunity to play iconic roles like Shylock (Merchant of Venice), Prospero (The Tempest), Claudius (Hamlet) and now, Scrooge. Many thanks to this incredibly supportive and first-class production team. Thanks Eva, Thanks Thomas!
Jarin Brown This is Jarin's third Cambrian show and his third time in a production of A Christmas Carol. After playing Tiny Tim and Peter Cratchit as a child, he's thrilled to be performing again in the same classic that started his time in theatre.
Caden Lear Caden is a 22 year old student at Lakehead University in his third year of forestry. This is his first theatrical production, and he adores theatrics and performing, whether it be musically or otherwise. His sister is my biggest inspiration to be participating in theatre this year.
Ruth Currie Ruth is excited to be cast in another great Cambrian Players play! She recently played the role of Aunt March in Cambrian's "Little Women". This multi-generational cast has been so much fun to work with! Their dedication and commitment is remarkable! Ruth is also thankful for the support of her family and friends.
Alex Jecchinis Alex is thrilled to be involved with this timeless holiday classic. His last appearance on the Cambrian stage was as Mr. Lawrence in Little Women, and most recently appeared this spring in the 2023 10 x 10 showcase as Dad in Like A Kite. Big huge thanks as always to all the cast and crew and to you - our audience!
Emily Upper Emily is thrilled to be embracing the holiday season as part of A Christmas Carol!!! Many thanks to all the cast and crew, her family and friends and a special thank you to Jamie, Penelope and Audrey for their love and support!
Andrea Jacobsen Having grown up with Dickens and ghostly Christmas tales, Andrea couldn't be happier to muck about with spooks! She was last seen on the Cambrian stage as Mr. Brooks in Little Women.
Shawna Marshall A returning local actress with an immense passion and love for the arts. Prior experience of several years at Paramount Live. Cheerleader. Mental Health/Eating Disorder Advocate. Entrepreneur. Singer. Cat Mom.
Joy Haessler Joy has been acting in local community theatre for 4 years. Most recently Mrs. Bennett in Pride and Prejudice and Red Ruth in Treasure Island. She finds the journey to go from script to stage is such great and unique experience with each play. When Christmas Carol came along she jumped at the chance to be a part of it.

Adam Wayne Lyew-Sang
Matthew Henry Matthew is glad to be back in another great production at Cambrian. He recently acted in the short film Watch Me and was in Broadway in the Bay at Applauze Productions and Alice in Wonderland at Cambrian. He also plays in local rock band The Shouldn'ts!
Matthew Jollineau Matthew is a student at the local Bora Laskin Faculty of Law. He is a former staff member and current volunteer at Fort William Historical Park where he has been involved with many period dramas. He is excited to be a part of this, his first production with Cambrian.
Taylor Onski Previously on the Cambrian stage as Spanish speaking Pirate Israel Hands, Taylor is thrilled to be a part of another literary classic because her MA in English is one of her personality traits. Fun fact: one of her nicknames is Disney Princess. So playing Belle is very fitting. Enjoy the show!
Ariana McLean Ariana is happy to return to Cambrian Players in A Christmas Carol and looks forward to the remaining theatrical season. She would like to thank her friends, partner, family and theatre companions for their love and support.
Pauline Krupa As a retired educator Pauline is always looking for new adventures. At the urging of her grandkids, she ventured into performance. Pauline is excited for her part in A Christmas Carol and to learn so much from the awesome people at Cambrian!
Ben Albert
Chris Jason Chris is excited and honored to be back on the Cambrian stage helping to bring this timeless tale to life. Thanks to Thomas for this opportunity, to the incredibly talented cast and crew, and to his lovely wife Angie for her constant support. Enjoy the show!
Richard Pepper Richard was last seen on the Cambrian stage in Treasure Island, as Blind Pew, nasty pirate & lead singer of the Redeemed Pirate Choir. He is most often on this stage in Cambrian Improv shows. The next one is Dec. 16. Details are elsewhere in this program.
Janis Swanson Having worked in the theatre business since 1982 (she's old!!), Swanny has seen our local theatre community evolve and change. The best thing about Cambrian is their consistency in supporting local talent and giving opportunities for us to feed our fire.
Wyatt Krupa Wyatt is excited to do his first play with Cambrian Players. He would like to thank the cast and crew for their support.
Penelope Upper-Smith Penelope is very happy to be in her second Cambrian Players play! She would like to thank her family, friends and her teacher for everything they do for her! God bless us, everyone!
Joelle Krupa Joelle has been involved in theatre since she was six years old and is thrilled to be back on stage with Cambrian Players after playing Beth in Little Women last spring. She would like to thank her family for all their love and support.
Kenzie Dillon Mackenzie is a student in her second year at LU studying chemistry and started acting at 11 years old. This is her second show with Cambrian.

Thomas McDonald Director Thomas is pleased to be directing once again for Cambrian Players, after directing Alice In Wonderland and Love/Sick in past seasons. Thank you to the Board, our amazing cast, talented production team, and supportive Playwright. So proud to have shared a directors table with Rob, Sheena and Josee, a Dream Team if ever there was. Extra special thanks to Devan for always being in my corner when I get the whim and get whisked off to the theatre. We hope you all enjoy the show and feel the spirit of the season in your heart always.
Rob Paularinne Assistant Director Rob has been in several Cambrian Players productions as an actor. His most recent role being Phil in last years' Vino Veritas. This production marks his first time stepping away from the Cambrian stage into the role of Assistant Director. He hopes you all enjoy the show !
Sheena Larson Stage Manager Sheena has acted and assisted with stage management at Cambrian before but this is her first go at pretending to be in charge. She couldn't have done it without Josee at her side. Thank you to the entire production team for ensuring our show was a success!
Josée Lauzon Assistant Stage Manager Josée is a long-term community theatre volunteer, working with Cambrian Players in various capacities for over 15 years. Josée's last production was as Stage Manager for Momologues2 this past Spring.
