Not sure if you are a voting member? Here are the rules:
You must have been a paid member for one term (from AGM to AGM) and have paid your membership fee for the coming year by the date of the upcoming AGM.
New applicants for membership can complete the form here.
Renewing members can simply send their $10 membership fee via e-transfer to info@cambrianplayers.com. Please include your name.
Either process must be completed by June 23rd.
What to expect at the meeting:
- The Nominating Committee (NC) will present its recommendations for board positions as a slate consisting of current board members willing to continue to serve in their current positions, and of the NC’s recommendations to fill any vacancies.
- Any voting member may nominate a candidate of their choosing to any board position. There will be 3 calls for nominations from the floor.
- If no other nominations are offered from the floor, then voting members will be asked to vote to acclaim, as a whole, the slate of nominees as presented by the Nominating Committee.
- If there are nominations from the floor for a particular position, then a vote will be held for each position individually.
